Ingenious designed and built the Loop Care platform end to end—a HIPAA-compliant service with two faces. A back-office web application gave clinicians and admins the controls to operate the platform and monitor patient progress. A mobile application gave patients care they could receive at home.
The connective tissue was AI: computer vision to interpret how patients performed their exercises, and LLMs to translate that into real-time feedback, qualitative scoring, and corrective guidance.
To fit real clinical environments, the platform interoperated with existing healthcare providers through HL7 frameworks. The result was care that no longer stopped at the clinic's walls.
A clinical tool that was also a business model.
The platform did more than improve outcomes—it changed the economics of care. By extending treatment into virtual wellness and physical therapy that ran alongside a practice's own protocols, Loop Care turned follow-up recovery into passive revenue for musculoskeletal providers.
Patients received risk-free, end-to-end programs that complemented in-clinic treatment. Providers gained a revenue stream and better results without adding to their operational load.
A treatment protocol can be clinically sound and still fail the moment the patient leaves the room. Loop Care's challenge wasn't the medicine. It was extending it—into the home, in real time, at scale. This work closed that gap.
