As Ingenious moved into healthcare, education, government, and other regulated environments, that way of working carried over. The systems changed. The constraints did not.
AI might have changed the speed and shape of delivery but it did not change why clients hire our company.
2010
The company began in casino gaming.
Ingenious started operations designing products for the casino gaming industry, where product decisions were visible and measurable in real use.
Early practice
Behavioral research became part of the method.
That work brought the team close to behavioral research and how user behavior, product structure, and iteration cycles determine whether a system actually works in practice.
Next chapter
